Hi,
Yes with 363 marks in NEET 2022, you will be able to grab a BDS seat in government medical college as the cut off for BDS seat is comparatively lower than that for an MBBS seat

With 520 Marks out of 720 and EWS Certificate, you are not eligible to get any Government Dental Colleges across India with MCC AIQ (15%) Counselling. Also, chances to get Government BAMS colleges is also less with your marks.
