Admission to government medical colleges is done under two categories. All India quota (15%) and state quota(85%). Each state declares a seprate merit list for candidates of that state.

With a AIR of 47000 and OBC rank of 19000 it will be nearly impossible to fetch a college

Considering last year cutoff's with your score then chances are negligible got MBBS seat in any Govenment college but you can get a BDS seat in Govenment college.

If you want MBBS then you have to switch to Private college.
