Although its hard to predict unless you provide your state Domicile yet on an average with 401 marks in OBC category, you may not get admission in government college in MBBS. Also there are hardly any chances of getting government seat in medical colleges.

You can take admission and prepare again but that is too difficult with BDS course work. The course load is very high and you will have to coordinate pretty well and in a great way to cover both.
