Hello Dai, No, you can't get admission in any of the government colleges in Karnataka through all India quota. The 2018 cutoff for the last  OBC candidate was in ESIC dental college, Gulbarga and he had scored 517 marks. I don't think you would be able to secure a seat

            I believe you cannot get a government college with this score, however you can try for private dental colleges. The cut off was 407 this year for RIDS, Kadapa and other government dental college. Please check the SC cut off at the given link below:
