According to me there are almost no chance of getting government bds college. According to last year cut off th least marks was 406 in SC category state quota.

Hello Harvinder,
With 347 you cannot get a government seat for BDS as last year , 506 was the last score to get a government BDS seat.
You can opt for private/ unaided dental colleges. According to last year's merit list you can get admission in the following colleges:-

For getting bds college in svu region, as you have not mentioned your category, hence i asume you to be a general category candidate, therefore, for admission in svu area, one musr score 480+ marks in neet. And now considering your marks, well i am sorry to say

The cutoff marks for the various category and the area are givrn below for the reference which are the marks for NEET 2018 for the state quota counselling.

Yes,  there is a negative marking in JIPMER entrance examination similar to that of NEET.
4 marks for each correct answer and -1 for every wrong answer.

Colleges is totally depend on the different states and their seats criteria. Different states have their own criteria for seats to allote. Under state quota the 85 percent reservation for state students and under all india quota the 15 seats for the other state students.
