I'm sorry to say but it's very difficult to get a BDS Government college with 340 marks. Since, there's only one government dental college which is in Rohtak, the cut off stands really high. Near 500. You can try for the private dental colleges, you'll surely get them.

Sorry to disappoint you but 400 marks is very less for admission to a government college for BDS under general category. Marks around 490 or 500 would have worked under AIQ. Even for State quota, 450+ is on the safer side.
