I am taking it as Extended stay america reservation. In that case there is no such reservation in MBBS and BDS(i.e NEET exam).
And please comment If you mean something else by "ESA" please comment!!! and ignore my answer if you don't mean

If you belong to UR or OBC category, then your chances of getting BDS seat in punjab are very close to nill.
As per past years trend, cutoff for UR category are between 480-520 and for OBC category, the cutoff lies more or less close to 465.
