However the counselling is only for MBBS and BDS courses .
For AYUSH courses in Government colleges and Private colleges the NEET marks of the candidates will be the qualifying

Getting a seat would be really tough for you because your rank isn't good at all. Still you may have chances because of your category rank though that's not pretty sure. You can check from the College predictor to know the probable colleges.
