Although 440 is nice score and you might have really worked hard for this but don't get disheartened when I say that it is still very less for a general category student. Any score above 550 is good and safer. So I will suggest you to continue your studies
Dear Hari, this year the vut offs have gone way higher. BDS Counselling is done at both All India Counselling and State Counselling. For a BDS seat under All India Counselling, any score less than 550 puts you in a tight spot though have SC reservation. For State Counselling, 500
Well with 400 marks its lil difficult to get government college through AIQ.
However if you apply for deemed/private colleges during All India counselling you might get a college for BDS.
As of now nothing can be said definitively since the cutoffs vary every year.

In general, first to qualify in NEET, a General Category candidate has to score 50% of the top NEET score. It is 40% for SC, ST, OBC. For example, if the top NEET scorer has scored 500, General Category candidates should score atleast 250 and SC,ST,OBC should score around 200

If you are looking for some government medical college with this much score as an unreserved candidate then sorry to say as there are no chances for you to get a seat in any government college with this score.

WITH 485 MARKS in neet 2019,it is very difficult for you to get government bds seat in jharkhand in general category.
