There are more than 250 private dental colleges all over India. While it depends a lot on college what cut-offs it has. These colleges also have management quota along with general ones so even if you score just qualifying marks, you still have a chance to get admitted

In order to get admission in BDS in a deemed university,  marks above 350 are recommended. 

There is fair chance that you may not get seat in 300 marks as the number of students appearing in the examination is increasing each year.

For getting admission in the BDS course in Maharaja Dental Singh college, you need to qualify your +2 exams and keep a minimum of 50% marks in Physics,  Chemistry and Biology (40% for SC/ST),  english will be seen as a compulsory subject when calculating your percentage.
