Candidates belonging to Jammu and Kashmir state are not eligible for counselling of 50 percent All India Quota seats as Jammu and Kashmir does not contribute to 50 percent seats to All India Quota scheme.

According to the rule for the state quota its states that , the candidate must have done the 10th or 12th from the respective States or must have stayed in the state for at least 10 years. So you will have to get the seat from 50%

Percentile of MAT exam is calculated with respect to maximum marks so you don't know this way...anyway,did you give NTSE stage 2 exam?

Hello aspirant,

It all depends on your marks.. After qualifying NEET with a 50 percentile or more you are eligible for all medical and dental colleges. Then according to your marks you will have to choose which one suits you the most.
