its great that you want for the cut off mark , but its not very sure of saying because lot many factors matters like the no.of students writing NEET, category of reservation as well so as in rough sketch you should get around 450+ for being safer side
You can apply for BDS course in AFMC on the merit basis of your class 12th. You are eligible only if you have physics , chemistry and biology.
You also need to appear for entrance exam AIPMT...

B.D.S course is not available in AFMC. If you are interested to join army college for BDS you can try for Army Colleges of Medical Sciences, Delhi.
