As per the eligibility criteria for MS Anatomy you must have MBBS degree qualification, so you might not be eligible to pursue this degree after BDS.
If you wish to join and proceed for upgradation, then you will retain the seat incase you are not allotted any seat in next round that means your pevious option will be safe.
