Yes you can cancel your bds seat after 2 counseling after completing the various formalities the college ask for. As every state and every college has a different criteria regarding the cancellation of seats.

Yes  there are chances of getting a seat in the living counselling. The rank sounds to be great so don't worry keep looking for the counselling dates.

The second round of counselling began from July 6,2018.

So you can not bridge BDS to MBBS.
