Sorry but being a ENT specialist needs a mbbs degree . ENT specialisation is done after mbbs that is in PG. Whereas bds is a different score both cannot be done together

based upon your marks your chances of getting a seat in government bams college under 85% state quota seats is moderate but you will definitely get a seat in private and deemed bams colleges.i hope this information helps you.
