No, there are few chances of gettig government seat in BDS irrespective of your OBC Quota since you have low rank. You can try in the counselling rounds.

Yes BAMS and BHMS are the course other than MBBS/BDS in which you can get admission through neet exam but their cut off is also not very low.

There are courses you can go for apart from mbbs and bds but if you have less marks you wont get any good college. So i suggest you to reappear for the exam.
