For courses other than MBBS and BDS, you can apply to private and deemed colleges separately. Eg: Courses like BSc

Well generally PH students have low cut off in every category as compared to other category students. Same goes for you. You have chances of getting government college seat with that marks and rank but still it seems moderate for now.

Well I would suggest that rather than looking for the minimum marks to get BDS college you should practice hard and should aim high and maybe you will be able to get MBBS as well.
Still the safe marks would be 500+ for admission in government dental colleges.

You won't get a mbbs or BDS seat under all India quota esp if you are from general category.
You can try for private or deemed universitied.
