Inmy knowledge there is no reserved seats for freedom fighter quota....there are only reserved seats for OBC,SC,ST and physical handicapped candidates. In my opinion you should search of there are some medical colleges for the same you asked.

The cutoff varies from state to state and college to college.
But since you belong to sc category a score of 380+ might be safe for you but always aim for more as more the marks more you have chances of getting a seat.
