The cutoff varies year to year so it would be tough to tell you the exactly but as the last year cutoff you have less chance to get a seat under 15% quota seats and state quota seats also.

As you didn't mention here your caste category, Assuming as a general category, NEET 2018 qualify score is 119 so you are not eligible to get a government seat for BDS programme or any other programme.
