According to recent trends in marks in NEET UG there is less chance of you getting a seat in a government medical college in Uttar Pradesh. Getting above 400 would stand a fair chance in securing a seat while getting above 500 is almost a sure shot chance

If your rank is 400000, then you will not get seat for BDS in any college. You should try for mgmnt quota seat in any college. Otherwise drop a year and try next year with better rank.
