It would have been helpful if you had mentioned the state you belong to, With 445 marks and obc category, there's a chance of you getting a mbbs seat too. however, getting a bds seat with that marks is more than 90% sure.

On the basis of previous year analysis and cutoffs, I would say for BDS one should score a minimum of 380 marks if he/she belongs to an ST category. Remember it is an expected number it can be changed also.

85% seat cut off varies state to state and in case you are askig for AIQ then the closing rank was 12421 so according to this much rank the safest score should be approx 550.
