Nothing can be said for sure until this year's provisional merit list is released. According to previous year's trend, a score of over 540 should get you a seat in BJMC for MBBS. There is no dental department in BJMC, Pune. The only four government dental colleges under DMER

After the completion of the BDS course, the dental graduates are entitled to use the term Doctor before his or her name as the prefix Dr..
There are plenty of good jobs & higher study opportunities available after getting the degree in dentistry as a doctor.

Yes you can give the NEET exam for MBBS if you are under 25 years for UR category and 30YEARS for other reserved category. 

however you might need a bonafide certificate from your bds college stating that you are studying there presently.
