I dont think so. Nowhere is it mentioned about any discipline other than the core ones like Civil, Mechanical. For Mechanical posts also, it has not been mentioned that other specializations will be allowed.

SPJAT exam is conducted four times a year. The exam is usually conducted in April, May, June and July. Work experience is not mandatory for admission. However, the institute (SP Jain School of Global Management) does profile based shortlisting based on the academic background and relevant work experience.
