You can apply for GATE CSE. But I would recommend you to go for M.tech(ECE) because few IITs prefers M.tech students who has done B.tech in same branch. Secondly, it will be comfortable for you too because you will face difficulty in syllabus while prepararing for GATE CSE. It

The fee for per annum BTech in agriculture engineering is ₹49,800

Colleges hasvery poor infrastructure however on eof best faculty for Control And Instrumentation engineering in ME. 

Placements are 60% only here with an average of 5la and around 15 companies seen visiting which is quite average 

Overall companies like Bosch, Hinda, Bajaj, Larsen Toubro are recruiting with maximum CTC offered

You can appear for TISSNET exam for TISS Centres like Munbai and Hyderabad for courses like MA in Human resource management which is amongst top recommended course with excellent placement and is eligible for all final year graduation students via TISSNET exam.

Well its a very big decision to take one year gap. I think you should firstly take think and than decide. If your not satisfied with your college than go for it. There is no problem to give exam again, only thing matters is that you should work hard

Yes you can join however you must have minimum 45%aggregate marks in English, Maths and Science from recognised Institute .

Admission based on diploma aggregate marks.
