btech ia course for science stream students , ytou need to give entrance exam to tale admission in betech and there many branches in btech in which you want yourself as specialist. adn each university comduct their own exma for amdission. i hope this helps you out. all the best

Yes, you can pursue B. ed after B. Tech. 

B. ed is basically a degree programme in teaching which makes you eligible to teach class form 6th to 12th. Eligibility to pursue B.ed is graduation with minimum 50%.

Yes you can apply for faculty in chem engg in any college and you can a good one as now the new rule for faculty is to be PhD, son't know from when government is applying for that but its coming soon. So good luck.
