For top jobs across PSU under Mechanical engineering safe score is CGPA of 8 and above out of 10.

However no particular score is asked for all PSU and companies.

Studnets need to have extraordinary resume with certificates, Eztra curriculum activities, internships over and above your CgPA for getting top

Yes you can sureky attempt GATE 2019 as no limits in attempts.

You shoukd however ckear backlog before you apply for GATE 2019.

Yes definitely you can take admission in B.Tech. after diploma. You can take admission through lateral scheme of admission. In this mode, you will be admitted in 2nd years of engineering.

After completing diploma you can not expect top jobs or hogh job opportunities but i will recommend you to go for btech lateral entry course as this will improve your resume and you can get higher job opportunities.

Yes, sure you can take admission in IEC Greater Noida. You can take admission there in basis of your 10+2 marks. Or you can also take admission through UPSEE Counselling. Admission to this college is very easy.
