first you should check out the CRITERIA for the scholarship and if you fall in it or not
Also if you are in FW that is Fee waiver category if im not wrong then whats the need for a scholarship?

According to the eligibility criteria prescribed by the authorities, dor admission to M.Tech programme offered by JNU you must have passed B.Tech/B.E (CSE/IT/ECE) or equivalent exam.
