Based on previous year cutoff trend and considering your marks, you should get admission in CSE branch as minimum rank required is 45. You can check previous year cutoff at http://www.nirmauni.ac.in/itnu/btech_AI_Cutoff

I want to tell you kindly visit firstly there , if the faculty and research scopes are there , then you should try there otherwise look another institute. If the placements , are also good then surely go for it.

It is not mandatory for you to have computer science in Class 12 if you want to pursue B.Tech in computer science. Moreover, it also depends from where you would want to do. Also, it would be nice if you could check the eligibility criteria of the colleges
