as per my knowledge nowdays for any competitive exam leaving btech will prefer min. 55% aggregate in 12th as eligibility so in my knowledge you should fill the improvement but if your career plans are different then follow them by heart and leave past and live in present dont worry

B.Tech requires the study of Physics and Chemistry as there are many laws, theories, practical knowledge and formulaes required which these subjects impart. Therefore, study of Physics and Chemistry is required while studying B.Tech in any stream.
