Should I prefer a Dual-degree program or a BTech program.

If you are comparing Dual and BTech in the same department, say Dual  (CSE) versus BTech (CSE), then the answer is very simple.

You will not be able to get the top most colleges but you might get some of the lower ranked colleges.

See,with this rank you will only get private colleges and most of them have academic fee of one lakh per annum give or take.In addition,if you take a hostel then it's fee too would be around 75,000-1,00,000 per annum

Dual degree means specialization in two fields like if you choose MBA ( Dual specialization) so you have to select two fields. B.tech with MBA does not mean dual degree,

Hey Hari,

Anna university Chennai and IIT Madras are the best colleges in Chennai. You can consider NIT Trichy also. You have to appear for Tancet exam for getting admission into Anna university. You have to give GATE exam for getting admission in other two.
