Depends on what number are you on the waiting list, otherwise it is not a very good rank so you might struggle getting into the college. I would recommend you to follow it to the last round of counselling.

The marks you have under JEE MAINS 2018 simply shows that you have not qualified JEE MAINS if you come under general category.

So there are less chances for admission.
