Yes you can get a government college on this rank in B.Tech Biotechnology but you have to wait for the counselling process. However one is not sure to get a government college but a good private college is guaranteed.

Your jee mains sc category rank is too low to fetch you any top private colleges through state counselling.But however you can expect admission in colleges like NIST,GIET,GITA,etc
