There is no percentage criteria for B.Tech. But if you have above 60% then it will be very beneficial because at time of placement it will help you. But for admission, 45% marks are enough.

Generally, When you take admission and at time of documents verification, You have to submit complete documents for admission. So during counselling, You have to submit your result. If you succeed to obtain revised result before counselling then you can take admission.
