Cut offs for CSE for general category for vari colleges in order of their ranks in 2017 are as follows:
Delhi Region:
USICT-250
MAIT-1088
IGDTUW(girls only)-37775

As such you should easily get admission in one of the top 2-3 colleges of IPU CET.
