There is no such cut off data but I would say if you are obc candidate you need to score less than 500 for the mechanical stream in first round. Above 500 you can appear for relevant rounds.

You definitely should not expect a call from any IIMs. You can however consider the following colleges(rank-wise):
IMT Ghaziabad
IMI Delhi(provided you have 60+ percentile in LRDI, VARC and 75+ in QA; 60%+ through out 10,12 and graduation)
XIMB-BM(outside chance provided you clear sectional cut-offs)
XIMB-HR(provided you clear sectional cut-offs)

With a rank of 6366 under SC category, you can get any course in NIT Uttarakhand, under Home State Quota. And also, you can try for other NITs, but chances for TOP NITs are not so high.
