You can opt for Biotechnology as PCB is must for Biotechnology. The eligbility criteria will be minimum 60% in 10+2 with PCB and appropriate marks in qualifying exam i.e, UPSEE or JEE Mains. The cut off rank for Biotechnology in IMS as per category of the student is

Will you please specify which college are you talking about. I will let you know its admission process dates cutoff for its exam for entrance and other admission related queries but as per your question i must say most colleges batches starts from 1st july for btech.
