according to last year cut-off if you are belong to open category then you have less chances for getting admission in MSU with your marks but if you are belong to other category like SC/ST etc.then you can get admission in any branches in MSU.

The fees of chitkara university for b.tech in civil engineering is Rs.80,000 per semester which would be Rs 1.6 lacs per year .And let me tell you , the course you are asking is a 4 year long course .

sorry, according to last year cut-off you have less chances for getting admission in CS at MIT ADT, pune because last year cut-off was around 150 marks.but don't dissapoint you can also go for some other colleges.
