Hey Gajanan! As you know JEE Mains is a national level entrance exam therefor it includes various colleges private and government. All the private colleges accepting JEE Mains paper 1 score provide B. Tech. Or B. E. course which is one or the same thing so don't worry about it.
I think if you don't have final sem result, no need to worry. During documents verification process you can verify other documents. If you get seat allotted, particular NIT will give some deadline to submit remaining documents for verification, so you can verify afterwards.
