Last date of submission is 15th may.
Entrance datebfor ug is 31st may.
The entrance exam is related to the 11th and 12th syllabus. So clear you concepts of 11th and 12th.

Yes definitely you can get admission for B.Tech course after completing diploma in Engineering through Lateral entry scheme. Lateral entry scheme is intended to admit meritorious diploma holders to the second year of the B.Tech courses to acquire a degree in engineering directly in the second year .

This is good university of kolkata and fee is around 25000/y.It also provide some other courses also.you can go through it.But if you are jee main qualified then search some good college.

I can say that it is good university with good facilities and ooportunities. But, since you're going for a private university, you can try for better options like VIT, SRM etc. OR, try to get a seat in some govt. colleges. That is also good.
