There are lots of designing courses available like:-AutoCAD,SolidWorks etc. and various institution are there like CADD Centre etc. which can provide you the training for these things,evaluate you & then provide you the completion certificate.
It depends on the college in which are you taking admission.The fees are different for different colleges.
In order to be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced exam, you have to appear and qualify for JEE Main paper1, You will not be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced if you have filled the form for JEE Main paper2 (B.Arch).
