First of all there is no B.Tech Architecture. It is B.Architecture. You have to write JEE Main Paper 2 for this or NATA. See just doing NCERT wont help unless you check out some sample papers and see how the questions are set. Check the sample papers for JEE Main

Engineering in Biotechnology is a new upcoming field so PG will also be on the same lines. I dont see specialization in Microbiology in many M.Tech courses.

Alternately you could do your B.Tech Biotechnology and apply for IISc BAngalore's integrated PhD. Now they have a dedicated Microbiology dept. and
