Quantum University of Uttrakhand is a good university aprooved by AICTE and UGC. The university also has experienced faculty and good number of labs. But i would suggest you to go for other institutions like GRAPHIC ERA which are NBA Accreditted as well and provides good placement opputunities

The career options for the BCA done candidates is very low .when compared to the b.tech students doing b.tech rather than bca is better choice as per the need of the jobs now

Since you had pure science that means you left out mathematics. It is one of the requirements for applying for Btech. I don't know if it is possible to switch to maths now, not talking about the difficulty to be honest. It depends on whether you are ready
