 You have selected Cse it's completely programing subject if you would like to get good placement  first of all be prepare well for programing like c,c++,java,python.

So your college starts in August go for coaching as your a beginner so go for c language coaching it will help

I think Applied Electronics and Instrumentation would be better due to the following reasons:

Applied Electronics & Instrumentation is a specialized branch of both electrical and electronics engineering and focus on measuring instrument, process control which are used in design and configuration of automation system.

The naming is not done like B. Tech exam or B. Arch paper but it is done as JEE - Main Paper 1 and JEE - Main Paper 2. Paper 1 is for B. Tech and paper 2 is for B. Arch. The results of both paper 1
