There are no B.Arch colleges that accepts Ts Eamcet score. If you want to do architecture then you need to write any of the exam given below,

1. NATA

2. JEE Mains

Under NATA there are only architecture colleges. And under JEE mains there are both Engineering

Yes he will get seat reimbursement for convenor quota. Before joining let u know some college fee are changed due to demand of certified from national level. They charge in the way lab, library,etc.,
