Yes he will get seat reimbursement for convenor quota. Before joining let u know some college fee are changed due to demand of certified from national level. They charge in the way lab, library,etc.,

You less marks so you have very less chances of getting government college but because of the reserve category you might get seat .           

There are very few government college in Himachal. So chances are very less

As per your question asked above, i can tell you from my research and knowledge which i have done for it when i was through the same stage that, btech is always preffered more than bsc even in case of agriculture. 

Btech agri studuent are given much more preference

• Degree Certificate of marks of qualifying examination.
• Memo of SSC or its equivalent.
