No,it is not sure that,he will get a seat in tghe same branch in he is studying.As,when he will apply for the admission in different engineering colleges,it is not confirmed that there is a seat availabity in the same branch.That's why it is not sure.

however i would suggest you mdu rohtak as it has ranking above of guru jamblewsar. it also has post graduate courses. has excellent infrastructure and placement opportunity.
