Well coming to your question I want to tell you that there is no any college in uptu. All are private colleges in which you can get the admission directly.thus this is one of the major drawback for the students giving the UPTU for biotechnology.

If you didn't get a college, then its fine. You can participate. But if you were alotted a college and even then didn't pay the fees, it means you rejected the offer. So, you are out of the councelling procedures.
