Hello arunesh, hope you are doing well! Well, the market is going towards tr 2 tier and 3 tier than the B schools.. both the colleges have good placements nowadays but the tier two have more good placements.. good companies does appoarch.. so i think may go for tier 2

There is a huge difference between B. Tech and M. Tech as they are two different degrees.
Btech is for graduation and M. Tech is for post graduation.
Without Btech you cannot go for M. Tech
B. Tech is a 4 yrs course, whereas M. Tech is 2yrs

Both are decent options for B.tech. Lucknow University is more reputed overall and is known all across India. However it's not been many years since they began with engineering courses, so we can't say about the placements as of now. Hopefully they'll be good.

Jaypee University located in noida sector 62 is much better even if you want to opt for B.tech computer science and it's better than graphic era in term of placement, infrastructure, teaching faculty as well as the internship program it offers. I hope it helped u.
