DAVV and SGSITS does not take admissions simply based on class 12th marks only. Though it might be a cut off deciding or screening criteria.
For admission in UG courses in DAVV one needs to qualify Common Entrance Test(CET) final selection. And for PG courses one needs to qualify

They need a Centralized OBC category certificate as University of Delhi accepts only a centralized OBC certificate and not the state issued certificate. For more details
