1.   Jadhavpur University (West Bengal ) One of the best and cheapest college . Placements are also excellent here . Fees here is very very low affordable to everyone . NIRF rankings 13 .

It completely depends upon your interests how you develop your skills in college days. And also if you have prior knowledge and interest in CSE. If you take Btech+ MBA, you will have much more options to explore in the future. Taking BSC+MCA bounds your learning experience a bit.

As both are different branches it depends on you to choose which branch because every branch has equal scope in fiture if you excel in them.

But,doing engineering in government universities has totally different status and respect so if you have equal interest then go for jntu.
