Hey Aspirant, It depends on your will now as you have secured 60% in class 12th and 54% in jee which is not a very good range but still under this many colleges would make you eligible for getting admission there. You need to research and then choose the colleges

It depends on your course of interest. If you have good knowledge of your subject ( civil engineering) then you should start your preparation for psu. Or if you have interested in management then you should start your preparation for CAT, GMAT, IIFT etc 

So it's totally depends upon you.

In my opinion you could be able to get admission in BTech through wbjee because 75 percentile is not enough for a good College in JEE mains. On the other hand in wbjee you could get some good private engineering colleges like
